Woodlands Villa is situated on a plot of 1000 square meters. It is surrounded by private landscaped gardens and has direct access to adjoining forest land. Basement area comprising double garage and storage areas. Steps lead up to the front entrance. There is a large partly covered terrace area outside the lounge and kitchen which enjoys un spoilt mountain views, and which leads round to a further terrace area overlooking the pool. Steps at each end of the terrace lead down to the pool and garden areas.
Private Pool— The pool is approximately 47m2 with a length of 9.7m with tiled sunbathing areas on all four sides. There are entry steps at the shallow end of the pool which is at a depth of 1.2m for approximately 3m, rising to approximate 2.2m for a further 6.7m. Pool shower.
